SLIDE-BRUSH
Brushlon 321b and 721b Alternative
Our new Brushlon products in 6 mm and 13 mm thicknesses are the most effective and efficient replacements for the discontinued 3M Brushlon series.
Our SLIDE-BRUSH replaces the 3M Brushlon 321b and 721b series, which have been discontinued for several years.
The Slide-Brush conveyor brush coating features a 15° bristle angle, a PU (polyurethane) backing, and is oil-resistant, making it an ideal alternative to the original Brushlon products.

Based on the parts you wish to convey, we would be pleased to advise you on the ideal Slide-Brush conveyor brush covering for your application.
Function of the SLIDE-Brush Conveyor Brush Material
- In the resting position, the part to be conveyed rests on the bristles.
- When the conveyor moves forward, the bristles bend backward from their original inclination. The part remains on the same bristles due to the residual inclination, preventing it from sliding back.
- As the conveyor continues to move forward, the bristles maintain their backward bend, allowing the part to travel a greater distance compared to conventional systems.
Higher conveying capacity and speed are achieved.
- During the “throw”, the conveyor retracts, and the part makes contact with the bristles, which have now returned to their resting position.
- At this point, the bristles at the contact point are pressed down, and the impact energy of the part is absorbed by the bristles.
Noise reduction: The design significantly reduces operational noise.
Protection of sensitive parts: The selective contact points prevent damage to sensitive or polished parts.
Minimal abrasion: Wear occurs only between the parts, reducing overall wear and tear.
The transport of oily parts is made possible because the part rests only on the tips of the bristles, thus preventing full-surface, sticky contact with the conveyor.
